Land acquisition (land-acquisition/) is a web CRM for deals, tasks, contacts, and strike zones. Land development (land-development/, invoicing/) handles budgets, imports, and invoice approval before lots become sellable inventory.

- When deal closes, coordinate lot creation / release with PM and Administration — Land concept.
