SMART 2.0 — Project management
project-management/default.aspx launches desktop SMART Project Management and links web tools such as project lot imports. Most PO, vendor bid, and cost book work remains desktop — web handles selected imports and reports.

- Fill community, project, building, unit keys consistently with Communities.
- Upload on project lot imports page.
- Validate errors; re-upload corrected file.
- Confirm lots in production / sales views.
PO and vendor bids (usually desktop)
Section titled “PO and vendor bids (usually desktop)”- Create and approve POs in SMART PM — Purchase orders, Vendor bids.
- Use web reports for spend and backlog when authorized.
